Schort met opgestikte zak van het Nederlandse merk Wolkat. Gemaakt van oude, afgedankte kleding uit Nederland die consumenten hebben ingeleverd. Bij Wolkat beheersen ze het hele proces, van verzameling, sortering, recycling, spinnen en weven - alles onder één dak. Gedurende het gehele textielrecyclingproces worden geen water, verf of chemicaliën gebruikt. Wolkat versnippert en vervezelt het textiel tot pure vezels, die vervolgens naar hun eigen spinnerij worden gestuurd. In de spinnerij in Marokko worden garens in verschillende diktes en kwaliteiten gesponnen. Hiervan worden producten zoals dit schort gemaakt, bestaande uit 52% gerecycled textiel van consumenten en 48% gerecycled PET.
