Fitness accessory

This loop is ring-shaped with a width of approximately 5cm and a circumference of approximately 66 cm. It is an ideal training tool for exercises where a fitness band would normally have to be tied to a circular shape. These Loops are used for a range of applications and are ideal for lower body exercises, designed to increase balance, strength and flexibility. They are widely used in sports training, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, yoga, pilates and other kinds of sport (e.g. football). It is also ideally suited to carry out intensive vein-training during a long flight or as a passenger in the car.
