Stay protected with our high-density polypropylene shell helmet. Featuring a 4-point plastic suspension harness and a buckle adjustable size range of 55-62cm, this helmet ensures maximum comfort and safety.

Its unvented shell offers electrical insulation up to 1000Vac or 1500Vdc, meeting EN 50365 standards. The slip ratchet system allows for easy size adjustments, while the soft foam sweatband adds extra comfort.

Certified CE-CAT III, this helmet provides lateral deformation protection and electrical properties up to 440Vac. With a lifespan of up to 7 years from the manufacturing date, it's built to last. CE certified for guaranteed quality.

For orientation, the following rough guideline values apply to the costs for printing and laser engraving on the promotional item (for printing in Germany):

1.) Pad printing

Tamponprint from 500 pcs. at 0.24 euros per color and print position
from 1,000 pcs. at 0.19 euros per color and print position
from 2,000 pcs. at 0.17 euros per color and print position
from 5,000 pcs. at 0.15 euros per color and print position
from 10,000 pcs. at 0.12 euros per color and print position
plus one-time prepress/setup costs (films, pads, setup) of 98.- euros per color and motif

2.) Screen printing

Siebdruck from 1,000 pcs. at 0.27 euros per color and print position
from 2,000 pcs. at 0.23 euros per color and print position

All prices are plus the item price and the statutory VAT. With long delivery times, we print more cheaply during periods of low capacity or abroad in Europe. Especially for direct imports (usually from Asia), printing and laser costs are significantly cheaper.
